It was getting close to 8 pm on June 2nd 2007, when Greg Smith started to get worried about his daughter Kelsey. 18-year-old Kelsey Smith had told her Dad that she was just heading to Target to go gift shopping for John as they were going to be celebrating their 6-month anniversary soon and she wanted to get him something.
